Terrible dentist. No level of care or compassion for NHS patients. Travelled a long distance to make my appointment, took time off work, was called by them the day before to assure me my appointment was going ahead and the minute I arrived back in Bonnyrigg they cancelled the appointment and said they made a mistake in booking it in. They had six months to correct THEIR mistake but only realised on the day. The reception staff are inept and there is no communication between them and the dentist herself. The best dentist out there. Nadia was very understanding and did everything she could to make me feel at ease. From the receptionist to the dental team everyone was so friendly and helpful.
Bonnyrigg Dental Care have the best atmosphere, relaxing feeling when I go to dentist, staff are so friendly, always smiling. Dentists are very professional and always tries to help to get the right treatment and options for any patient. I recently had an appointment and was treated by Nadia. Nadia was extremely caring and reassuring. Excellent service and explained everything clearly. The staff are all very friendly and always make you feel very comfortable. Would recommend to family and friends with no hesitation. Thank you for the great service.
