RecommendedI had to cancel my original appointment, the staff was cordial in rescheduling on the phone. Upon arrival at my appointment, the checkin was quick and easy. Appointments were running behind schedule on the day of my visit, but once in Dr. Stark’s unit the attention to detail commenced. My prognosis was not as best as I had wished, but I was quickly informed of my choices of treatment and the pros and cons of each. I was most pleased with the knowledge and skill of staff of the Bone and Joint Institute.
RecommendedDr Looney did a great in surgically repairing and treating my severe high ankle sprain. Dr Looney did an excellent job in explaining why this surgery was the best option for me and also how the timeline of recovery would play out. He and his staff were friendly and knowledgeable - they really had my best interest in mind as I made my way through the process. I highly recommend Dr. Looney and BTI.
RecommendedDr. Calendine replaced both of my knees 2 years apart. With both, my recovery was above and beyond. Upon my 2nd replacement, I was up and cooking for a small dinner party by day 3. Back to work by week 3. PT therapists were amazed at my progress and referred to me as a replacement poster child. I used a walker for one day and walked with no cane or assistance by day 3. I was on stationary bike by my second PT appointment. He is a genius surgeon and replacement wizard! ....and has the best personality and beside manner ever!!... read more
