RecommendedDr. Looney has done 2 hip surgeries on me in the past 5 years . So when I found out I needed a orthopedic dr. for a shoulder problem there was no one else I wanted to consider . I saw him Tuesday and trust him completely to take care of my problem . Wonderful Dr. with a very caring staff .Would highly recommend him to anyone needing an orthopedic Dr.
