I have worked with several of Dr. Byrams patients and they all have spoken very highly of him . I recently had a visit with Dr. Byram about my own shoulder issues. I was very impressed with his staff and himself. He was very through in helping me understand what was happening with my shoulder and the procedure he would perform. He was very personable and I felt he genuinely cared about my well being . I would highly recommend him to my family, friends and clients . JD
This was my first visit to see anyone at Bone and Joint Institute. My daughter had fell and broke her elbow a year ago and used Dr. Ian Byram. She loved him and recommended him for me. I was totally impressed with Dr. Byram. He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. Everyone was so nice that I worked with, from the X-ray technician, nurses and especially the doctor!!! I would gladly drive from Monterey, TN to Brentwood, TN any day to get the treatment I need!! I recommend everyone to use Dr. Ian Byram!!!!!!
Caring people. Delay getting to see Dr but once I got inside, they all apologized for the long wait & proceeded to get things done.
While it's true that my doctor has given excellent care and I highly recommend him to anyone who might need his services, the whole staff here is equally worthy of very high praise! Great team!
Dr Derr was thorough in his exam of my walking woes, and his recommendation for a conservative treatment made perfect sense. Other staff were equally helpful, kind and caring.
Very pleased with the results of my surgeries: both knees replaced and both feet and ankles reconstructed. The staff was fantastic. Everyone was very professional and friendly and compassionate.

I had to cancel my original appointment, the staff was cordial in rescheduling on the phone. Upon arrival at my appointment, the checkin was quick and easy. Appointments were running behind schedule on the day of my visit, but once in Dr. Stark’s unit the attention to detail commenced. My prognosis was not as best as I had wished, but I was quickly informed of my choices of treatment and the pros and cons of each. I was most pleased with the knowledge and skill of staff of the Bone and Joint Institute.
