While I was on holiday, I got a permanent bracelet as a graduation gift. A day later, when I was in the house doing nothing, the bracelet had fallen off. I have been traveling Ireland for around a week now looking for a ring for my partner, it had been a non successful mission until I visited bonds. Their costumer service was amazing helping me convert American sizing to find the perfect ring. Not only were the staff amazing helping me find a ring but Colin also did a beautiful engraving on my ring. Couldn’t recommend a jewelry store more:)

My husband got me a charm for Christmas I already had it took it back to Coleraine shop to change it. .they wouldn't change it as my husband couldn't find the receipt although it was in their package with sticker on it I have been shopping there for sometime very disappointed ☹️
