Hats off to Bolton Roofing for their response to us (and other customers I'm sure) following storm EoWyn. They had an out of office message on the Saturday morning but Linda got back to me that afternoon. She gave reassuring advice by phone, and prioritised getting roofers out to repair the damage - they were there first thing Monday morning and the job was done in less than 2 hours. Great to feel you're in good hands at a time of crisis! Thanks team!
Excellent service from start to finish. Good communication from Linda & Cadien at office, a quick visit from Linda within few days to assess initial requirements, honest timelines given due to festive holidays - the team were then back out to confirm requirements 1st day back after holidays, quote provided and work actually carried out the same day. Really great service and would definitely recommend.

Complete roofing to a listed building in Edinburgh's New Town. Included Leadwork, slating, Carpentry & Joinery, painting etc... Boltons tradesmen are all professional and qualified in their trades. Bolton are good at communicating with clients. The tradesmen are good at explaining the work they are doing. All are polite and pay attention to detail. Our experience was very good. Good value for money; reliable; high quality; to be recommended. Having employed numerous roofers over the years, Bolton are by far the best.
