After my experience yesterday, I will for sure be coming back to Don Bohn Ford for whatever maintenance my car needs. Customer service was on point and this guy named Michael Kristin made my experience 10 times better. Will definitely be coming to this place for now on in the future, even if the work may cost slightly more it'll be worth it because the overall service was top notch! I can now safely drive to STL to visit the family so thank you!
The GM tried to force me into a vehicle that I did not want after repeatedly telling him I did not want it. Then when I told him thank you for his time, he and one of his managers refused to shake my hand. Definitely lost my respect.
People can handle the truth. In fact, they often would rather hear it. If you tell me it is going to take two hours to fix my car and you come in at the four hour mark and tell me you'll be back in five minutes with an update, I shouldn't have have to hunt you down 45 minutes later for the update. Customer service = non existent. Why do you even let people schedule appointments if you aren't going to look at their vehicles until an hour and a half after the scheduled time? Service department was very helpful and extremely nice and courteous!! That being said I don't like the policy of me bringing in my truck and being told it could be as much as 2 months before the part comes in.. no truck for 2 months (while paying a truck note) and don bohn was nice enough to give me a lender car for 5 days.. that's nice what am I supposed to do about the other 7 weeks.. I was told I could rent a car from them .. not too happy !!
Everyone was helpful, the work looked great, and was done in a timely manner. They worked directly with my insurance when there were additional cost. Hope to never need them again, but if I do, I will go back.
My experience with buying my car was fabulous. Many people were surprised I went by myself to buy the car. Tim was professional, courteous and extremely helpful in choosing my car. I was able to take it home the same day! Thanks Tim, Tyrone and Don Bohn for making this a easy!
