Brought my F-250 to Don Bohn Service to get routine maintenance done. I always deal with the same service advisor Dearry Smiley Jr. and every time have a great experience. Always a great job and good communication with Dearry Smiley Jr. about the status of my vehicle. Would highly recommend going visit him for any needs for your vehicle needs.
Everything went great. Time was a little less than was told when I went to dealership. However I was told when I called about an appointment and was told to bring it into dealership right away. I was there in 15 minutes, but service tech looked at me and said you know it is lunch time. Must be a communication problem with phone reception and service. I always take my 2010 explorer to Don Bohn for the service and price and car checkout.
Every time I go to Bohn Ford to have my P/U TRUCK serviced I am totally satisfied with the service I receive. Real nice people that does real good ,clean work. I would recommend them to everyone with a Ford to bring their vehicle there

I have been a customer of Bohn Ford since the 70's when they were in Gretna. I cannot think of one complaint I have ever had with customer service or maintenance. Did give me a scare one time when they could not find my vehicle (ready to pick up), yet I was looking at it from where I stood waiting. LOL if they had given me the keys I could have gone and got it. Anyway Even under the construction they are going through from a tornado, they still give me courtesy and good service. It was easy and fast and i don't have to wait a long time.
Brought in my 2015 Ford Edge in for tire repair. I was not aware of the construction going on until I arrived. I was pleased to see the temporary building was comfortable and clean. Amanda Folse , my service provider, says that a new tire was needed and she was to call the warranty company. Due to the warranty, I had to wait a long time.. Amanda kept me in the loop with all aspects of my service. I gave 5 stars, because the wait time was on the warranty co. My overall experience with all my service visits were exceptional.
