On Friday 26JAN18 I dropped of my vehicle for a tick noise I heard. I bought the vehicle with an extended service contract (with a different Ford dealership). I informed them to please call and keep me informed. On Friday afternoon they asked to take off the valve covers to determine exact cause of problem. On the Monday I was told the insurance adjuster came and had looked over the vehicle. We purchased a used car from another dealership but live on the Westbank so Don Bohn will be our service provider. This is our second time using the service department and so far so good. We have dealt with Holly and Amanda and our car has been completed within the estimated time, and Mr. Ray honored a price they misquoted. I had a good feeling when we brought the car in the first time and ran into Terry who used to work at Saturn. I hope we continue to receive good service.
