Took my truck in for an oil change, they wanted to change the air filter (which they'd changed the last time) , they were going to over charge me but I had made the appointment on line and had to bring in their own promo and show them their own price. They told me I had a small leak from a fuel injector but when I told them it was covered by an extended warranty they didn't change it or repair it saying it wasn't that bad. Told me it would cost me $1500. Not sure about their honesty. ????

I want to open this review by saying this Ford dealer’s service was the final straw on me deciding to sell my Ford and go with a new brand in the future. That’s how terrible and unprofessional the service is. That’s the short version. If you want the details then let me explain what happened in just in the last year. Car with difficulty starting, changed battery 1st time, tune up and engine coil changed 2nd time. Wrote back to service representative that handled my case, to say my car is still struggling to start, no response. over priced, but I'm sure that's all of them.

Bought my first car here.. a brand new 2017! So excited..The process was so smooth from beginning to end..the time spent wasn't that long either. The staff all were very nice and I'm appreciative of my sales guy Johnson! Stop in and see him !!

Very long wait, unable to duplicate fix problems, facility is undergoing renovations and they did not think of the customer in mind when they built the temporary service and waiting area. During my recent visit for service I waited in the temporary customer lounge and it started to rain. There is no cover over the walkway, it’s slippery,!customers were soaking wet and at the end of the walkway we had to walk through puddles. In addition the mats entering the service area were sopping wet and the trailer slippery.

Don Bohn Ford Go back to business school cause you’re doing it wrong! Just two days shy of two months, my old truck is on its way back to SC. That’s right, it took Don Bohn Ford 47 days to do what Nationwide said was an 18 day repair. Ridiculous! Once it was finished, Don Bohn wouldn’t accept a check, debit card, credit card, or wire transfer from another Ford Dealer for payment! Stupidest thing I’ve ever heard. Same issues every time with no resolution. Failure to diagnose check engine light for last 8 or so service visits. Have to leave car for more than a day each time with no replacement vehicle, except for one time when I asked repeatedly, for Service visits covered by my warranty originally and now by my Service contract purchased through Don Bohn. Car has clicking noise when turning. Have brought a Service adviser on a ride and he has heard it yet none of the mechanics can seem to hear, diagnose and repair issue. This problem... read more

Smiley does a jam up job of getting you in and out of there in a timely manner. Didn’t purchase my truck from there but I bring it to don Bohn and smiley for all my service needs
