I've work in dealerships a long time but l've never seen great service like I got when I when to purchase a vehicle from Don Bohn. My salesman Tiny Tim was so great working with me and he's not the only one everyone other salesman,manager,service, etc. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Don Bohn Ford And be prepared to walk away Happy. Having bought several fords over the years from different dealerships I must say that don bohn as a whole has been a real disappointment. I've had MAJOR service department issues but the worst was being told by a salesman that I would have to come back another day to look at the car I wanted because he'd be leaving soon and didn't want to deal with the keys/cars or me apparently. The experience was good while there, until I realized they didn't honor the advertised price. Contacted Ford's customer relations department. No help. Called and left many messages for the sales manager, without a single answer or returned call. Dirty dirty business. I will NEVER do business with this company again, and likely never buy another Ford because of this.

Took my car in for regular service, the service rep. told me how long it would be and when another issue was found checked with me for approval. Very happy with service and personnel. Will continue to go back.
I was so pleased to see a female in the service department. I usually feel uncomfortable with most of the males because they speak mechainic. Ms Holly was patience and took the time to explain what part was being changed and why I really felt like she cared about the safety of my vehicle. OMG Ms. Holly is the best I have never been a customer of Bon Ford before but I am a customer forever!!! I applause Bohn Ford for their diversity and integration of women in their service department.
