Billy Moore made shopping and buying a new truck painless. I dread buying cars because I hate the back and forth and feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. None of that happened with Billy. Bought 4 F250's over the last 10 years 3 of them from Don Bohn Ford and that'll be the last! Brakes went out on my 2017 F250 with 2500 miles on it while my wife was driving it. The people over there shrug it off like it's no big deal. To top it all off I tell them I want to trade it in on another F250 because I don't feel comfortable with the truck and the brake issue that the service department can't put a guarantee on. They offer to give me 9000.00 less than what I paid a month ago, what a joke!!!!!
