So I purchase 4 Muchelin tires from Bohn Ford in March of 2013. They don't stock the tires so I pay an additional fee for freight to have them delivered. In December of 2015 I notice tearing in three tires,(the Michelin warranty guarantees 65000 miles). I bring it back to the dealership and they start a warranty claim which they can't start processing until I can produce my original receipt(I keep everything)!! Mike Picou was wonderful at getting me into my new Ford Escape. Knowledgable without being pushy, especially when that first day I was still shopping around for what I wanted. Give me info, let me go and think, and I'll be back if it's a good deal; and that's what he did. Kudos man. :)
Sam and Joseph worked very hard to get me in the car I wanted. I truly appreciated them and everything they did! We will be back in the future most definitely.
They tried to pull a bait and switch. Saw a great ad online, called to confirm that the car was on the lot, made an appointment for an hour later, and then got a call to confirm the appointment a few minutes after that. Drove half an hour to see the car and when we get there it was gone if it ever existed at all. On top of that there was no apology for wasting my day or even for making us stand in the cold while the salesman "looked" for the car I wanted.

I have purchased many fords in the past from this dealership and never have i had someone disrespect me as i did today. Kedrick!!! You sir are a JERK! You do not tell a customer don't shoot the messenger. I was asking a question. and had concerns about what you was saying. If you feel like that is the proper way to treat a customer maybe you should not be in customer service. I will be complaining to your manager and to the dealership manager!
don bohn ford was very good for us when we bought our explorer and the service we get is excellent and ray landry help out a lot
Just had my 2013 Lariat serviced by Don Bohn Ford. Ray Landry is very knowledgable about their vehicles and I wouldn't bring my truck anywhere else to have it serviced.
