Very rude people no one is in charge so if they feel like being rude they do so with nobody to answer to very terrible place to do business they give false info then get very rude with you as I was reading reviews it seems like it mostly to females they say we can make it right but they just make it right for them self buyer beware stay away they just there to take your money and that's all they care about just a really sad place

Keasha Kerry has the patience of a saint! She is new to don bohn and still learning their ways and i was new to the car buying business. She helped me pick out a great car at a great price but her supervisors are very "set" in their ways. There was absolutely no negotiating and my payments are higher than i really wanted but my saleslady was very nice and tried her best to keep me pleased!
Have the sales people over there they tell me today that they can't get me where I wanted to pay. Leonard the salesman called me last Friday and told me that the manager or finance guy can get me where I want with 0% interest for 72 months and pay around 520 for the truck I wanted. Well when I went today he says they said that the finance guy said get could only get my payments around the 6's not 5 like I wanted
For some strange reason both my front seat car doors stopped opening. I brought my car to get serviced here. I was blessed to meet two of the nicest men in the service department. Jeff and Nick were so nice, my driver side door is temporarily fixed till I can afford to have the parts replaced. After a really rough week they have no ideal what their kindness meant to me. God bless them both.
We were in the market for a 2016 F150. We found one online that we were interested in, so we went to look at it. When we got there, we were approached by a salesman. I went there in January 2014 and purchased a 2014 Mustang GT. They were a little better than before. However, I didn't get the car I wanted which was a shelby gt because my salesman passed me off to someone else (because he was too busy to see me) who assured me the car I wanted would still be there and told me to come back another day.
