Had work done on a Saturday and it was done while I waited. The young lady was very helpful in answering my questions about servicing my F150.

I searched the internet looking for a 2018 Fird Escape. I found the one I wanted for the price I wanted from Don Bohn. I walked in at 730 on a Friday night and a hour later I drive home in my brand new vehicle. Corey and Deanna were pleasant, courteous and helped me through the process without trying to upsell me or jerk me around.
The service and service tech were awesome. My check engine light came on at 8 am and took it to them at 9:30 and the had it diagnosed , repaired and back to me by 4:30. And $22 cheaper than first quoted.

I purchase a 2018 Ford Explorer Limited on Friday. The process took a while but overall, the experience was a very good and a pleasant one. The time spent was well worth being in the new showroom, each step taken was explained thoroughly and all my questions and concerns were address and answered on the spot. I had a very good experience at Don Bohn Ford, which I why I continue to purchase my vehicles from this dealership. Thank you Johnson Aristide, you're the best!
I took my F150 there and was assisted by Melvin. Guy was awesome. I had to drop it off before going to work and didn’t know what time I would be able to pick it up. He was helpful and responsive when I was trying to figure out what I needed done and when it would be complete. When you go to Bohn Ford, ask for Melvin! He will take care of you!!
