Scheduled an appointment online for “The Works” package to be performed on my wife’s Expedition. Appointment was for 7:00 am. At 8:15 I was pulling out of the parking lot. Excellent service. Oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection in just over an hour. I’ll see them again in 5-6000 miles!
Got truck back as promised

Very nice and courteous.
Just picked up my new Ford Escape this afternoon. Met with Leonard Brown yesterday and we quickly hit it off. Took a couple cars for test drives before selecting the Escape. Leonard asked what I needed in a car and listened. Didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary features that wouldn't meet my needs. I came to Bohn Ford (even though it's nowhere near my house) because my little sister just bought her car here. I guess we're a Bohn Ford family now. I highly recommend the location and especially Leonard!
Terry in the service department has been very patient and kind to us and has met all of our expectations plus he has gone the extra mile to meet our specific request.
