Absolutely horrible service department in metro New Orleans. I brought my Ford Connect work van in with an issue with my front AC. (Rear was ice cold) and it sat for a week. Multiple calls weren’t returned so I went to pick it up after a week. When I got there I was lied to and told “our lead tech has the dash torn apart”, yet the vehicle was brought around to me in less that ten minutes. Everyone there always goes above and beyond to meet my needs and make sure I leave with the exact car I want! All the sales and service people I’ve interacted with have been extremely helpful and friendly to make sure everything gets done as quick and efficiently as possibly!
