John Ford and Mike were very helpful. I dropped my wife’s DUV off around lunch and they called me the minute it was finished. I got the Ford works service plus new bolts for the splash guard which they fixed with bigger flanged bolts. Once I got back to the dealership I was in, paid and out in 10 minutes with a handshake goodbye.
Mr. Leonard Brown and Steve were excellent! We weren't the easiest buyers for them, but they still did everything they could to get us in our new car. Will definitely be back when the time comes.
