Brought my explorer to Bohn Ford to have them take a look and address some concerns I had about my vehicle. I had nearly 3 pages of items for them to look at and I had my car fixed and back in less than a week. I dealt with Amanda Folse and she was fantastic. She was very professional, helpful, and quick to respond to my calls/texts/emails. Bohn Ford is the dealership to go to.
I put my Ford escape in for a diagnostic test due to the motor having random over drive issues and changes in rpms. They told me the transmission had to be changed out and would cost me 3300 dollars to replace. I paid 1900 for it so it was a waste of money to dump more into it. Offered to trade it in and search the lot for a used vehicle. They gave me Leonard. Leonard told me there was a Corolla on lot and he had to find it to take pics and send the information to my email. I brought my 2017 Mustang in today to have the puddle lights replaced. Melvin was really helpful and took care of the problem really fast. I will be going to Bohn Ford when I'm ready for my next Mustang.
