First time in going to a gym so a new experience. Staff helpful, explained thoroughly and always there to guide, reassure and praise positive results. Not busy or packed which is a good thing for me. Highly recommend

All perfect but would be beneficial to have open earlier than 6:30 as some people are going to work in those hrs and can't do full training due to place being busier in afternoon hrs..
Good layout with a hood range of equipment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the best gyms I've used with the Gymbuddy app
