Absolutely love it. Personal trainers are all excellent and very motivating. I feel fitter and stronger and back issues have gone. Great atmosphere highly recommended for all.
I can not rate this place highly enough! Amazing staff, professional, knowledgeable, and really listen to your needs! I love my sessions here, it really is my time to focus on me. The other members are lovely and supportive, and we have a bloomin' good laugh! Reasonably priced, but you do need to contact them directly. I have been going for nearly a year, and the results have been impressive. There are lots of incentives with decent prizes too, so if you do join, mention my name 😁
