I absolutely love the toning tables! Each programme is tailored to you and takes into account any physical limitations. The ladies who train in there are super friendly and supportive, as are the fabulous trainers! 10/10 would recommend!

Absolutely love it. Personal trainers are all excellent and very motivating. I feel fitter and stronger and back issues have gone. Great atmosphere highly recommended for all.

I can not rate this place highly enough! Amazing staff, professional, knowledgeable, and really listen to your needs! I love my sessions here, it really is my time to focus on me. The other members are lovely and supportive, and we have a bloomin' good laugh! Reasonably priced, but you do need to contact them directly. I have been going for nearly a year, and the results have been impressive. There are lots of incentives with decent prizes too, so if you do join, mention my name 😁

I love using the toning tables at Bodyworks. This type of workout really suits my needs and the staff are great.
