Been at bodywork’s for 1 year now ,feeling so much stronger,toned,fitter and confident even to the point where I have worn a bikini on the beach for the 1st in years. Staff are so lovely and supportive and will always motivate you ,best gym around would definitely recommend joining . Would just like to say a massive thanks to all staff at bodywork’s for all the help ☺️
All the staff at Bodyworks are great and really motivate me to work hard. The newbies, Ryan and Brad are both doing a great job being positive, friendly and fun. I just wanted to say thank you for making me sweat!
Just completed my 8th training session and absolutely loving it! The trainers push you but in an encouraging way. I had two PBs on different weight machines tonight and feel fabulous. No training session is the same and I don't have to think about it before I turn up, they do all the thinking for me, based on what I want to achieve.
20 years coming here now Totally excellent
