I cannot recommend Charlie highly enough. I went to him hobbling and finding it difficult to play tennis due to a knee injury, stiff ankles and cramp in calves ( or at lest that’s what I thought ). His wholistic approach to assess my bodies use of muscles was totally different . Over the next 6 weeks deep targeted muscle massage and specific exercise routines to reconnected my brain to muscles that it had stopped using as a result of injury. I am very thankful to Charlie for gettin... read more

Charlie Cook at Bodymatters has been invaluable to me. Charlie was incredible at sorting out a long standing and fairly restrictive shoulder injury. He was so thorough, worked out a program of massage and exercises and added intensity week by week, and I can say that my injury has completely recovered. I’m mightily grateful and will not hesitate to return to him for any future injuries as well as remedial massage from time to time to keep my body healthy and mobile.

I went to Charlie in a lot of pain with a knee injury. He sorted it out and the pain went immediately.
