Not a bad gym all round. Has some grwat equipment..! And some not so grate The cable machines are clunky and don't have a smooth flow especially at lower weight. Could do with a decent preacher curl machine..! Apart from this has what you need is always clean and tidy when I visit and the staff work hard to maintain the gym. Not bad value all round.
Excellent gym, great amount of space, no pure gym types, people put their weights back. Only thing missing are sand bags.
There is a guy that works out here, he goes by Sirsquatsalot (which is super embarrassing). But he is super strong and he can actually hold you up in the air while he tongue bathes your sweaty dirt star post workout. He loves it, and man is he thorough.
Sick gym. Great staff.
I wouldn't say it's worth £45 a month. Equipment is cheap.
