I have been enjoying getting myself in shape. BR's staff has been very friendly. Today though, one of the Personal Trainers passed me sweating on tbe elliptical twice. The first time she smiled and said good job. The second time she was even more encouraging. Maybe she was checking to make sure I was going to survive, but after a high-5 I truely felt energized!
Great place in Winchester to do exercise, sauna, heavy lifting and swimming.
Great gym. Lots of great equipment.. Absolutely love the pool n hydroMassage �

Well we sign up get the jump start package 3× 99.99 I go to my class and complete my jump start. Now my wife and daughter go in for first meeting 20 min long sign a paper and take measurements setup for next appointment. Next appointment comes trainer cancelled had a headache. Then trainer said she would make contact for next appointment. Trainer contacted my wife said she quit and someone would contact us when new trainer had opening in schedule. The people who run this place are crooks. Cancelled my membership at the beginning of March after two years and they still tried to charge me for the yearly maintenance fee even though I won't be there for 3/4 of the year. Also the person working when I cancelled said I wouldn't be charged. I'm not sure what they do with that fee because the locations are poorly maintained. Some of the trainers are legit but several of the ones I know personally who have or do work there have literally said "gotta fake till you make it". Nev... read more
