Business response:
Thank you!!
Be very careful when you try and cancel your membership. I cancelled last August and am still fighting to get them to stop charging me. I know the trainer who cancelled my membership but I am now having to file fraud charges with my credit card company to get them to stop.
Business response:
Per your contract, you joined during a promotion in Oct 2015 and got the rest of the year for free. Your 1st payment of your contract was January 1st, 2016 with 11 payments ending Nov 30, 2016. We do indeed owe you a refund for December 2016 & January 2017 and will process that ASAP.
El sauna no sirve y no lo componen rrapido.el dinero lo sacam todos los primeros pero lo q c arruina cuesta que lo arreglen.
Business response:
Parts are ordered and have to come from Seattle, WA. We ordered right before Christmas, so it seems holidays slowed the process down. We apologize it is taking much longer than expected.
I joined body renew close to 3 years ago when I moved to the area. I signed up immediately for a personal trainer, the trainers are extremely knowledgeable about their job and helping you and show a real passion for what they do. The staff is more than willing to help on any other issues that may arrive. Body renew is by far the best gym I've been to.
Business response:
We appreciate your continued business and support.
Love this place! Spend a lot of time here and enjoy the classes, members and staff!
One of the best classes in Winchester! The Barre Class with Donna is totally amazing and just what I was looking for! Please add another class on Thursday or Friday in 2017!
Business response:
Thank you!!
