They are such a scam. They took SO much money from my friend, boyfriend, his friends, and myself. They say one thing, then do another. They take all kinds of money and don't tell you what it's for until after its out of your account. The staff is rude, the management is rude, the locker room took FOREVER to be fixed. They charge $25 yearly for "maintenance". They care about the $ they're obtaining rather than the well being of their customers. Super disappointed. Never again.

I left you a message to call me 3 weeks ago to address what happened and if we messed up anyone's billing to make sure we got you a refund and I have never gotten a call back. The locker room was orginally supposed to take a week to redo and when we got into the job we had to reframe some of the showers so it took two weeks. It wasn't forever so your claim is completely unreasonable and we have a second set of locker rooms in the pool area that everyone can use so even still it wasn't that we were completely without locker r... read more
I've been a member at Body Renew for a few years now. I especially enjoy Jennifer A's classes (I wish she taught more!) and the personal training options. I train with Andrea once a week and have felt a lot of progress with her workouts! However lately I've been a little disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and necessities (ex. wipes for cleaning off machines and mats). I'm not at the point of wanting to discontinue my membership, but would like to see these things improve, especially since they are rather minor.
