Very disappointed! When I first started using this gym I loved it (besides half the bulbs not working in the tanning bed). I used my personal training sessions up and decided to sign up for one more month (to be taken out of my account a few weeks later) I called them around the 29th and stated I had a family emergency and needed the funds for this. I enjoy all amenities that come along with them membership. There is a good selection of classes all week and new ones added on weekends. My kids enjoy the childcare rooms and I like that its included. Is there any chance there will be longer childcare hours added to the weekend? This would be really beneficial. What is the childcare room at delco going to become when the new room opens? Thanks!
My husband and I had some issues at first canceling our membership when we moved to another state, however, the CEO quickly reached out to me and helped me get my membership canceled properly and also gave me a refund for the months I was charged after moving. Very pleased with the quick response from him. It's nice to see a CEO who is so involved in the company and wanting to make sure all his patrons are happy. Thank you Jeremy for all your help!
