I don't really have much contact with the staff except for the daycare folks. I'm a bit of a lone wolf, quiet and shy. However, if they do see me they smile and greet me when I come in. The daycare people always wish me a great workout and my children absolutely love them. With the Zumba classes and the variety of equipment for both cardio and strength, I lost 20lbs in two months. Best thing of all, it was affordable. Finally a gym that has everything plus daycare included!! Thanks Body Renew!!
Business response:
Thank you!!
Great gym...but why have signs that say don't drop the dumbbells...then have staff walk right past meatheads slamming dumbbells on the floor and not say a word. ...you got bent 70's now
Business response:
Great point! That shouldn't happen so I will get on my people! Thanks for the heads up.
I have been with Body Renew for 6 years.. I may not always go.. but when I do... I ❤ it. Big shout out to Sabrina Walzer who teaches zumba 3 times a week... she is the best
Business response:
Thank you Renee! We appreciate your continued business!
I joined Body Renew fitness with good intentions. I signed up with a membership and personal training. The personal training made my Sciatica worse. I was in extreme pain. I asked for an hold on my contract and was granted. I brought in an medical note as I was told by Daniel. Then, I saw this morning that my bank account was debited 150.00 from Body Renew fitness. I was told that as long as I had an medical note that my contracts would be voided. I called and spoke to the store manager and he said it was in the terms and co... read more

I am exceptionally pleased with my membership, now in my second year. I utilize the free weights and machines, cardio machines, sauna, and classes. I have never had to wait for cardio machines, and the rest of the equipment is all in good shape. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I am especially impressed with ownership's responsiveness once they become aware of an issue. I received a call to address something that was merely a suggestion in one of their surveys. Well done.
Business response:
Thank you!
Cheaper places to go and much better. M stuck in a year contract so I'm using it. But soon as its over I'm outta here!!
