It’s no ColdStone Creamery...but it IS a great facility! Only 4 stars because there isn’t an ice cream bar there. Decided to bump it up to 5, I think they may actually use my idea for an ice cream bar...they’re progressive like that.

This is still My Happy Place ! Lost weight , working on toning up ! Stress relief ! Have met a lot of great people with the same goals ! Live longer and be happy ! Has so much to offer , come check it out !
To be honest, I hate working out and that is why I have a personal trainer. Knowing that I have a trainer waiting for me, makes me go to the gym. He works with me to strengthen weak spots. He always pushes me to do a bit more. I still do not like working out, but I do like the change in my body. I highly recommend working with a trainer to get a workout that is specified to your body.
