It’s pathetic that it takes a poor review to get anyone’s attention. I went in to cash in a gift certificate that I won and the gentleman that was working said I would get a call before noon Thursday (the day I went in) and I never got a call. It’s now 4 days later and never got a call. Pretty poor service.

Living in a small town you unfortunately have limited choices of fitness locations. I have a membership here merely out of convenience. I have been to Golds and PF and they leave less to be desired as well. BR is filthy and it takes weeks for machines to be repaired. For what we pay including the annual fee, this gym is mediocre at best.
Always accessible and friendly. A good value.

I wish I could give it a real review. Went in to take advantage of the 10th year anniversary promotion. I wanted to pay my fees in full in cash. I would have had privileges until the end of the year. It would’ve given me an idea if this was something that really was for me. BTW...I have a friend that offered me guest passes for free so I really didn’t need to purchase any kind of membership. Absolutely awful, I went in one time to work out and I had guys literally circling me. (I went with my husband and he agreed.) Needless to say, I didn't feel comfortable going back in. I tried canceling by writing an email and calling and they said that while they were sympathetic to why I would want to cancel I had to come in to cancel. (Which is ridiculous because you can sign up online and I don't really have the time to drive to Winchester just to cancel my membership.) My story is long...and I'm willing to tell it at this point. Super short story...they owe me $156. They told me over a month ago they would cut me a check...still have yet to see that. I have all the emails to prove all this as well. I even reached out to the owner at the end of last week to ask for a status update...and guess what? NO ANSWER ...
