RecommendedYes, most definitely!! They have great pool sessions for senior citizens.
Zero follow up/customer service when issues arise. I had my work clothes/shoes stolen from a locker over a week ago. (Yes I fully own not having a lock, just never had to worry about that at my old gym.) I left my information, description of items taken, and day/time of the incident and have called back in every single day. I keep being told that the GM will call back when she has a chance, or that she is busy. I also keep being told that an employee is leaving a note on her desk. There must be 4-5 notes at this point. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Been going to the Delco location, Body Renew gym since January of 2019 & so happy we found such a great gym. The staff is extremely friendly & helpful. My two young kids LOVE the kids area! The staff in the children’s area are absolutely amazing and they interact & play with the kids. I feel at ease dropping my boys off to play while I workout. Highly recommend this gym!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love this gym! Staff is friendly and courteous and they even employ Veterans of the military. The trainers are knowledgeable and experienced, as well as eager to help answer any questions. I work third shift and the gym is 24/7 so when im off its nice to work out in the middle of the night! 5
Too many people for the size of the location Delco.. Is there not a limit to how many members you should have join or in your facility at peak hours? Or are you just that greedy.. I know their is a building code limit.. too many machines for a small facility At Both Facilities.. Hell in Stephens city you can barely move around when there is 10 people in the facility since the consolidated Sports Plex location! will be canceling my “membership” very soon... I’ll be going to One Life from here on out!
it was a fine gym- but i quit months ago and i’m still getting charged. i called to complain and the guy said he couldn’t refund me for 2-3 more weeks. ugh. i don’t have the money for this. i haven’t even been to this gym in months
Health hazard WARNING! Luckily I wear shower shoes, but after a hot shower last Friday I saw mold under these mats. A) why are there mats as it's a liability if someone falls to your company, B) the mens locker room doesn't have them🤷♀️...so after the hot water activated the mold spores and I was exposed to this as a PREGNANT women that is...I called and made a complaint because no one could be found to do it in person.
