Love all the aqua classes. The teachers make it fun �
I like to pick things up and put them down. They have numerous things that I can pick up and put down. This works for me, oh and the staff is nice too.

The staff is friendly and super helpful. The gym equipment and machines are of great quality and they have a spin room as well as a separate lifting and training room! Love this gym!
I want to give a shout out to the aqua class leaders-Donna Shirley Amy and Valerie. With their energy I have transformed myself. Coming back from a hardcore foot/able reconstruction and facing the fact that I won’t run or walk the same anymore I turned to aqua classes to get started. Through my Gym Adventures of 30 yrs. Body Renew Fitness is Hands Down and Bottoms Up the BEST Gym for the Money and Your body. Wether it's the Classes, weight room, cycle, machines or the pool it is all included and don't forget the Daycare. Come work out and before you know it a New You will walk out with a BODY RENEWED.
The staff is great and they have everything I need and affodable... however the three stars is because there are a good amount of members who are slobs and who abuse the equipment. Weights are consistently left out sanitizer cloths are discarded on the floor by the dumbbells. And while on dumbbells people need to stop dropping them every set, your warm-up set with 30lbs doesn't need to be dropped on the floor. A little gym etiquette can go along way.

It’s very disrespectful when you tell a correctional officer that he isn’t a real officer... the general manger was rude and acted like he hated his job. Will not be back!
