Best gym in Mohali . I recommended to all visit in the gym and once take their class. Their demo is not the fake class. It would be same class untill u will not be fit. U do not need to go for any personal training session because Mam and Sir giving great guidance to everyone for correct exercise. My personal experience, dont just go for show off in big gyms. Will is a great personal trainer. He designed a workout especially for me and helped motivate and challenge me. His gym is clean, private, and is so easy to get to! Will has also guided me in creating a healthy and clean eating plan. I have seen great results with Will and look forward to see where the next year will bring me with him as my trainer.
