A great team who have helped me improve my fitness and physical and mental strength and I’m still smiling.
Having just completed my seventh week with Mark, Laura and Verity and not having been to a gym for some years it’s been a great experience. They are a super team, helpful, encouraging, supportive and knowledgeable. Each session is varied and I feel much fitter already. I recommend these guys without reservation.
I cannot speak too highly of Body Fitness. It offers a flexible programme with utmost encouragement and really challenges us to meet our goals. Individual target setting, non competitive and a very friendly atmosphere. A choice of many 50 minute sessions in a week in small groups ( up to 8) with instructors who just want the best for you and who push firmly, but gently and with so much good humour. If you want to get fit at your own pace, in small groups, an unpretentious environment and supportive, friendly and knowledgable instructors this is the place for you. Flexibility in the class times, programs tailored to the individual and other events organised throughout the year, this is the most welcoming fitness environment I have ever been a part of!
