If you want to get fit at your own pace, in small groups, an unpretentious environment and supportive, friendly and knowledgable instructors this is the place for you. Flexibility in the class times, programs tailored to the individual and other events organised throughout the year, this is the most welcoming fitness environment I have ever been a part of!

Fantastic gym, with huge amounts of support and small group sessions. Highly recommended especially if you want to get healthy but are intimidated by large gyms.

Started at Body Fitness with the 6-week program and have now extended into the monthly fitness program. Mark and his team have helped me in all aspects of of fitness , nutrition and overall wellbeing. Mark will tailor your workout to suit your overall fitness and body limitations to avoid any injuries occurring. I have to say I thoroughly enjoy my sessions. The programme is great it us challenging but targeted to your fitness levels and any injury you may have. In 6 weeks I have improved my overall fitness and am buying strength. Also having fun on the way. Great trainers and very supportive.
