Joining Be Fit has been the best decision I've made in 2025! Before signing up, I had lost all hope of getting my fitness back on track. A mixture of all backgrounds helping one another to get fit, strong and above all healthy to be there for our loved ones and ourselves… Steve and Laura do really know their stuff and are the most approachable PT’s ever! Great gym to be part of! Love the community feel and inclusive culture. The workouts are great and there is so much variety. Personalised programs target your needs and are tailor made based on your goals. Steven and Laura are very passionate about what they do! Would definitely recommend this gym.
This gym is brilliant. I joined over 2 years ago and have never been so fit. Amazing trainers who develop individual programmes to fit with your goals to get you fit , very inspirational. I would never have gone to a large gym but this one feels so good. Really friendly, helpful people attend and there is a real ethos of camaraderie among clients. Give it a go !
Wonderful team, with good motivational skills. Training is tailored to personal requirements and regular assessment of progress. I personally gained from BE -FIT coaches following knee surgery last year. Mu consultant said I would require knee replacement within a year as I had grade 4 arthritis in the knee with bone on bone. Not only I am physically became very fit, I avoided knee replacement and completed half marathon within 10 months joining this Gym I would recommend anyone to this gym
