You know I should of said all this when I was there, I will forever kick myself for just saying “yeah it’s okay” my hair has been completely ruined by absolute laziness and trying to get me out the door as soon as possible, tried to show her a picture of how I would like it she did not want to know at all and she made it quite clear she was not interested. she hacked at my fringe and everything else for 10 minutes did a no touch up afterwards used no shaver blended absolutely nothing and I’m devastated my hair is completely ... read more

What a joke, I took my son for a hair cut. Clearly not fans of their jobs. My 3yr old sat well for the cut. In all honesty I could've done a better job watching YouTube blindfolded myself! Asked to cut more off and she gave me a dirty look! The other lady tutted when another customer walked in to have his hair cut.... it is a walk in barbers! Not a great experience overall, will not go back.

It's ok nothing more. I get the feeling that they rush and don't really engage much. If anything i had to push for a conversation. I'm writing this a good few months after my last visit. I gave this establishment a few visits but have found somewhere in Hinckley that are really attentive and take their time which reflects in the end result. I hope this review and feedback helps the business to improve the customer experience.

I am absolutely disgusted, we sat there for 15mins for the lady to turn round and refuse to cut my hair due to being female even though I was having it shaved at the sides and short on the top! I can not believe in this day and age this is still acceptable! I do not believe my gender should affect anyone cutting my hair….
