Best shrimp cocktail ever. Not to mention the steak as well.

I was expecting so much more . For $50 a lobster tale & $200 bill , the lobster was under cooked & chewy , the steak was overcooked. However I loved the potatoes and the steak had a great taste just wish it wasn't so over cooked. How can you get this stuff wrong, it's what you guys are known for.
