This restaurant housed in the Borgata Casino Hotel & Spa was opened in 2006 and is Flay's first steakhouse. The menu offers Filet Mignon Louisiana, Porterhouse Lamb Chops, and a variety of spice-rubbed steaks. Save room for the Coconut Creme Brulee!

One word... AWESOME!!!
I loved this place! Came here to celebrate my 1 year dating anniversary and the food was great! My steak was cooked to perfection and I loved the chocolate espresso layer cake. Our server was even nice enough to put a candle on our giant slice of cake. I also found out that Bobby Flay even visits once a month to see how the place is running.
One of the best meals ever. Perfect hanger steak. Smashed potatoes were amazing. The flavors are incredible. Great drinks. Baked alaska was superb. Love this place. Crowded and noisy but the food makes up for it.
Outrageous! Love everything about this place. Nothing is below a 5 star!!! My favorite dish is the Southwest RibEye Medium.
