Outstanding service with a quick repair time.
Great customer service, everyone was very friendly. We were out of there in less than an hour. The whole process was fast and easy, will recommend to friends and family.

I always have a good experience when I bring my truck in for service.
I had a ac fan clutch go out, very rare apparently. The service department was excellent. The original issue was smoke and a burning smell. After talking with the service rep, I called Ford roadside service to get a tow. The roadside service was...less than optimal, taking two days and three different tow companies. I could provide a lot of feedback and some recommendations, but unless someone that could make changes reads it, it would be a waste of time. But once at the dealership, everything was excellent.
