The service department keeps me inform of the progess of my car's service. I don't trust any other automotive department's service.

I had my car with a flat towed in and as soon as we entered the service area we were greeted by helpful service personnel. They processed my request quickly answered all my questions and asked if I needed a ride home. Very Happy with the high level of professionalism and courtesy as well as the highly competent work done on my car. They even washed the car though I waited until the last minute to request it. Thanks Wondries!
My experience with your service department was not very good. The service representative was not very nice or helpful, I had to call to find out if my car was ready. When I picked up my car nobody was there to tell me what was recommended in my next trip back. I will find another Ford service department to go to.
Car service was really fast. I got my car back within a couple of hours.
The entire experience was a no pressure, easy-going. We used the Jerry Reynolds CarPro VIP appointment. would not have driven from Long Beach without the CarPro recommendation. We have two ford dealers 3 miles from our home. The passenger side mirror needed the light strip replaced, this item was replaced at no charge.
