Just had another works package done as I do every 5-7k miles. Also a major repair replace of a high pressure fuel pump, new brakes too. But this is second service in a row where my windshield wiper fluid was not refilled, it came home bone dry. It sounds small but it’s part of the vehicle inspection and if you didn’t see that it makes me question what else was missed or skipped. I have a high mileage truck, so details matter. No problem setting up appointment but not necessary in some instances. Once there technician worked on vehicle faster than expected since I was on time constraint. Very helpful staff
The appointment was quick check in, quote was explained, work was done promptly. Then when presented with a discount coupon, I was explained that coupon wasn't needed because I had a complimentary oil change credit. At other dealers, it would probably have just been charged and told next time... I was very satisfied for forwardness.
