I love this Ford dealership! Very quick visit this time, was in and out in an hour. Always friendly and helpful.
I had motor and rear axle repaired to my 2004 F-150 Ford SuperCab P/U for reasonable price. Service was good.

Took a little bit longer than anticipated for replacement of Transmission which was under warranty. Car is back and running great.
I had several problems, 2 recalls and a check engine light. I took the car in on a Friday of a holiday weekend and and by noon Saturday it was not finished. Nelson was kind enough to offer us a rental car until our Fusion was ready. I certainly did not want to hurry the technicians and wanted the job done right. My experience with Nelson and Ben have always been very good. They are great ambassadors for Bob Wondries Ford!

Everyone at the dealership was very helpful especially Randall. He made the complicated process a lot easier. We are still patiently waiting to hear back from the government buyback program and he has been updating me as we wait.
