Very strange that we did not get change of towels, sheets ans toilet rolls for 7 nights stay. We needed to pay to get someone come clean the rooms.
My room was on third floor. The stairs at the top were very steep with no hand rail. I asked if some one could help get my suitcase down. There’s no one to help and apparently I should have known this when I booked. This was not obvious on the booking, had I have known I would have left my suitcase at Paddington for the weekend. This should be made known at booking. It was very dangerous getting my suitcase down the stairs!
Excelente alojamiento. Muy atentos a la hora de atendernos, tuvimos un problema con la reserva de booking y ellos la solucionaron al día siguiente. El lugar es cómodo y está muy bien ubicado. Hermoso Paddington.
Great location. My room was clean and the response time for any issues was always prompt and pleasant. The room wasn’t large, but it was very clean, close to the underground, had a microwave, a few dishes and a small fridge (my only real complaint tbh - could have been the next size up and colder). There was a kettle, coffee grounds, filters and a coffee pot.
