Great location, clean and modern room with great amenities despite small size. Note that there is no lift and a tiny staircase,so it's uncomfortable and hard work with large cases. Main issue was the room was uncomfortably hot and pillows were hard/thick and uncomfortable.
The Bob W flat close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station was great! I would definitely stay there again. The street is fairly quiet which is important to me. I slept well with the bladeless fan providing a light background hum. The digital communication was top notch and response times for support were quick. The retro Atari game console was a nice touch!
