Amazing stay quality/money wise. Very convenient location, all services near by. Recommended
My experience with both check-in and check-out was extremely frustrating. I only realised there was no lift when I arrived at the hotel with a 30 kg suitcase, which I was unable to carry upstairs on my own. I then saw in the reviews that Bob W staff could assist guests with luggage, so I contacted them via WhatsApp. Their website states that they typically respond within around 5 minutes, but it took approximately 25 minutes to resolve the issue. The room itself was nice, but a more powerful fan would've been clutch. The window only opened a little bit, so I couldn't get much air in and it was quite warm in the room. Only cold water in the shower. No elevator and I was on the 4th floor with a very heavy suitcase. That was an adventure. (Maybe it says on the website that there's no elevator but if so, I missed it.)
