Where do I even start? This is quite possibly the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. It’s filthy, there are holes in the wall, along with grease stains. If they book you in the basement you will feel unsafe. There is one small window that anyone can easily access. There is mold on the wall in the bathroom and an odd smell when you first walk in. This is my first review of a hotel. I have spent over 100 nights in hotels so far in 2024/2025, and this was by far the worst. The concept is good in theory, but you cannot remotely deal with things like being locked out (as was the case with TWO of the guests I ran into during my 15-hour stay); boiling hot room with NO kind of airflow, a window that will only open 6" and a broken small, inadequate "air pusher"; being trapped in the entry corridor because there is no signal or WiFi available to actuall access your door codes... read more

Super great accommodation and location. Love the little perks and details and that it's carbon neutral. Will definitely stay with Bob W in the future

Bien trop cher pour ce que c´est. Nous avons payé le même prix à l ´Hotel Mercure London Bridge avec un fantastic petit déjeuner pour 2 4ième étage sans ascenseur, appartement tout petit, pas de pression d´eau, impossible d´ouvrir les fenêtres en grand. Je déconseille, trop cher. Par contre l´équipe de soutien en cas de problème est réactive et nous a beaucoup aidée.
