The experience at BOB W was poor, with events that made you question the safety and comfort of your stay, as well as this company’s practices. Very nice hotel. Room is small but extremely cozy. Has everything you need. Just be aware of the tiny bathroom, it has the smallest sink I've seen🤣 But it being tiny place makes it charming. The reception is quick in replying and will answer whatever questions you have. Location is amazing with Paddington Station just around the corner and a 5 min walk to Hyde Park. Very happy with my stay! But also be warned that there's a lot of stairs and no lift so travel light
