Excellent Experience First time there. Went for a recall repair. In at the promised time and out very quick. Trish was very nice and helpful. Also everyone else at the dealership was very nice. Facility was very clean.

Fantastic service! When going to the service department deal with Chris, she is fantastic and pays attention to the details! Always courteous and makes sure I’m in and out really quick! I won’t deal with anyone else in the service department EVER!!

(Service-less ) Horrible! Rude. Refused to do recalls on my vehicle, would not communicate as to when I might get my car back. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES OR CALLS BACK!!! Threw me and my mother out ! Dropped key in window and told us to leave because I asked what was being done to my car... Really? If you want to deal with belligerent, rude people who act like they are doing you a huge favor to even look at you then this is the place to go. Consistently great customer service Bob Stallings continues to excel with customer service. My service rep greeted me, kept me informed about my repairs, and I was out in about an hour.
