Glad we purchased the tire care option Took our new Tucson in for a punctured tire. They replaced the tire. Went very well. Got our work done faster than I expected and appreciated the car wash and vacuum.

Good customer service! The service department and all the reps are awesome. Nate especially is knowledgeable about his job, he help shed the light on a sound I was hearing, he explained to be in layman term what the sound was and which made me comfortable and confident in the service at Bob Stallings.

Technician & Agent Saved Me Lots of Money I was very impressed with the technician and agent that were working on my car. I went in to buy 2 rear tires due to having a nail in one of them and being told it could not be fixed since the nail was on the side of the tire. Well come to find out the nail did not puncher my tire and I wouldn't have known that if the technician and the agent didn't take the time to look at my tire.
