Locked Motor My motor went out on my 2012 Sonata December 2021. Happened about a week before Christmas. I called 2 other dealership each informing me they couldn't look at my car until the end of January 2022. Called and spoke with Miguel in the service department he was very kind and patient. I was initially informed it would be around January 19th before my car could be looked at. Really great service. I would recommend my family My experience with my visit Hyundai was awesome. I was greeted when I walked in by a rep., I had an appointment, they honored it, my wait time was less than a hour. I was pleased with the service I received.
