Service Department Service Department. Arriving with an appointment, I was greeted pleasantly and professionally. The Service associate quickly had me processed in and was very good about keeping me informed. There was no upsale attempts, the services were exactly as I requested and at the quoted prices. The waiting area was nicely appointed and comfortable and the restroom was clean. Overall, a very positive experience.

Unexpectedly Satisfying I absolutely dislike car shopping. Always have. However, Charles was phenomenal! He was very professional and patient with my excessive questions and comments. His persona and professionalism made me dislike the process a little less. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend! Went in to test drive a car and walked out with a 2022 Tucson. Everyone was extremely friendly and made purchasing this car a breeze. I was very indecisive about it and they were so understanding and patient. Very happy with my purchase!

Great customer service skills. I went in to get an oil change but I came out with a 2022 Tucson. Victoria was the salesperson and she did a great job. Victoria was very knowledgeable about the Tucson. This is my second time purchasing a car from All star and I’m pleased with the purchase.
