Awesome Customer Care Although the wait time was longer than usual. The Gentleman who came out to Render me service, Will Jones was absolutely outstanding in his customer service and customer care! He came to check on me periodically. Even offered me cough drops because I have a cold. I've been a customer for many years and I have purchased cars from Bob Stallings Hyundai. But yesterday was the first time that I received such caring service. I truly appreciate it.
Service manager Will, and the other guy with the beard sorry did not catch his name were awesome. Very attentive ,I have bought 4 cars from this particular dealership.
Excellent Service Representative/Wil Took my daughter’s vehicle in with some issues. Wil was excellent from checking in to checking out, keeping us informed and responding immediately, and patiently, to our inquiries. Stallings is fortunate to have such a professional, but caring, representative.
