Great Service Great service just need to do better when it comes down to communicate with the customer other than I’m happy with service and the car dealership
Trunk latch not working In and out within a reasonable amount of time .My Issue was completely taken care of "Blake" was very courageous, professional, great communication ! overall excellent customer service . Thank you .
Walk in Oil change FAST. I went to their website and found a coupon for an oil change. I walked in at 4:00 p.m. I was out In less than an hour, car was also washed and vacuumed. My service supervisor advise me on items I might be intrested in for my next visit so I would be prepared. All in all extremely satisfied.
Missed complementary service by 5 days Bob Stallings started complementary service February, 2020. I bought my car Jan 26, no mention was made of pending offer. I added 2 years and 20k service for additional cost of $2,899! Still no complementary service!! Tried through corporate and they said Nope! Next time you buy, add clause on agreement that ANY new programs ie financing, service, trade or options in next 90 days will be provided, otherwise just wait! They want you to buy and will offer anything!

A Different Experience I've never considered a Hyundai until now. My primary choice was an Explorer but consistently I found the Santa Fe outscored it on so many levels. Once I researched and contacted Bob Stallings, I came across and first: no haggling, no run around, and no games. I visited one day and walked out with keys to my new car. The experience was rejuvenating because Clay Cooley Nissan was horrid all around....I didn't encounter any of those antics at Bob Stallings.
