Bait and Switch - DO NOT TRUST THEM! I'm very upset at this dealer. After finding a Civic online, my son was excited about checking it out. He asked me to come with him, so I told him I would. I live in New Orleans, so before I drove 1.5 hrs to see the car with him I asked him to call and make sure the car was there. He did and they told him it was. False Promises! I recently bought a CPO car from Bob Stallings and was promised features on the car that it doesn't have! I reached back out to the dealership and was in contact with one of the managers in hopes that he would make this right, but he won't call me back and I can't get a hold of him now. It's clear that they only care about making a sell and not about good customer service! Stay Away!
